Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Euros and include applicable taxes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We do not store your full card details; payment card data is handled by our payment provider.

Delivery
We ship only within mainland France. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns
You may return items within 14 days of delivery under the conditions set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under French law, including your right of withdrawal for distance sales.

Liability
We are responsible for delivering your order in good condition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as carrier strikes or severe weather, but we will keep you informed and help resolve any issue.

Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may use the French consumer mediation service or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
